File Transfer Services
For you convenience FRI offers a web based file transfer solution called Easy Upload for the transfer of graphic files and large database files from anywhere at any time. Each customer will be assigned a password protected secure folder in which files can be placed. Easy Upload is much faster and more secure than traditional E-Mail. We encourage the use of Easy Upload to reduce cost and to simplify your business. You will not need any special software or shareware on your computer. Our Easy Upload site will work very much like Windows Explorer. You will be able to login and send the file. However, you must establish an account. In order to establish an Easy Upload account, contact your Sales Representative.
Large graphic files can take some time to transfer. We strongly encourage you to compress large graphic files before transfer. Compression software is already installed on most PCs. If you cannot find the software on your PC, go to www.winzip.com to download a copy. For MAC users, contact us and we will help you get the compression software you need.
Files transferred to Easy Upload will remain in your folder for that amount of time necessary for completion of the job. Easy Upload is not a place to store files. Clients are responsible for maintaining copies of all files transferred to us.
